🔐 What you MUST do first
Before using this system, you need to:
✅ Log into WhatsApp Web in the same browser
→ Go to web.whatsapp.com
→ Scan the QR code with your phone’s WhatsApp
→ Keep WhatsApp Web open (you stay logged in)
This system will then use your active WhatsApp Web session to send messages.
You do NOT need to keep the system tab open – just stay logged into WhatsApp Web.
❌ You do NOT need to:
- Give us your WhatsApp password
- Share any personal credentials
- Install any app on your phone (WhatsApp Web QR scan is all)

🔧 Quick steps
- First, log into WhatsApp Web
Open web.whatsapp.com in your browser and scan the QR code with your phone. - Then, open this system
Go to https://mgs.heyoninstitute.lk/login.php
Log in with the username and password given by the system. - Go to Contacts → add recipients’ phone numbers (must include country code, e.g.,
+94771234567). - Go to Send Message → select contacts, write your message, click Send.
- Go to Logs to check your sent messages.
❗ Important notes
- You must stay logged into WhatsApp Web in the same browser. If you log out, the system cannot send messages.
- Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp number (because the system uses your session).
- The system does not store your WhatsApp credentials – only uses the active browser session.
- Phone numbers must be in international format (e.g.,
+1...,+94...).
