Heyon Institute, a premier tech-driven IT education center in Pugoda, is seeking an energetic, multi-skilled individual to join our team as an ICT Instructor & Office Assistant Intern<\/strong>. This dual-role internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in both IT education and institutional management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who We Are Looking For:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Experience:<\/strong> No Prior Experience Required!<\/strong> Freshers, fresh graduates, and current students are highly encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Gender:<\/strong> Male or Female.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Qualifications:<\/strong> Ideal for individuals holding or currently pursuing an NVQ Level 5, HND, or a Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong> in IT, Computer Science, or Business\/Management with strong IT literacy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Skills:<\/strong> Good understanding of core ICT concepts, excellent communication\/interpersonal skills in Sinhala, and proficiency in MS Office, email, and social media handling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Location:<\/strong> Proximity to the Pugoda \/ Gampaha area is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Academic (ICT Instructor):<\/strong> Assist in conducting practical lab sessions, guiding students through basic\/certificate ICT courses, and updating digital course materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Administrative (Office Assistant):<\/strong> Handle daily front-office operations, manage student inquiries (via walk-ins, phone, and WhatsApp), and assist with course registrations and basic LMS coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
